I’ve spent years learning what it really means to love ourselves and feel secure in our relationship; through my own journey and studying attachment theory. Over the years, I have struggled with insecure attachment, intense relationships, and health challenges that all felt connected.
Through therapy, education, research, and holistic practices, I healed, built secure attachment, and found peace within myself.
